A collection of natural, organic photographs that last a lifetime.
Those first precious weeks after the arrival of a newborn are unique and magical, but can pass quickly. Let me capture your home story through a collection of timeless and beautiful images that will last a lifetime.
My in-home sessions are all about photographing you and your baby in the spaces you feel most comfortable. I'll document the tiny details of your precious new arrival, as well as capturing candid portraits of your and your family with honest and beautiful simplicity.
As a natural light photographer, I am always chasing the best hours of sunlight. I love to shoot either during mid-morning or late afternoon hours to capture you and your baby in the most flattering light. It’s the secret ingredient to achieving soft, dreamy portraits of your little one.
You deserve to take this time for you, Mama.

I always advise booking your session in advance, once your due date is known, as the date can be adjusted after your baby arrives. Timings-wise, book a session for whenever you will feel most comfortable - I recommend two to three weeks after birth to capture that sleepy newborn freshness, or four to seven weeks after birth if you prefer your little one to be slightly more alert.
Prior to your session I will be on hand to help you. I will provide a Welcome Pack which includes some styling tips to help create a timeless quality within your photos. Soft neutral tones work best with natural light and help to keep the focus where it belongs - on your precious new arrival. Most of all, it is important to choose clothes that you and your family will feel comfortable in.
Embrace natural light. Observe the areas within your home where you have the best natural light, as it’s the secret ingredient to achieving soft, flattering portraits of you and your baby. Simplified, open spaces with clear furnishings and floor areas will enable us to capture the most beautiful shots.
My photography style is natural and relaxed, rather than creating anything overly posed. I will guide you gently through the process and provide some direction with where to sit or stand for the best lighting, but my main focus is capturing connection and interaction with your baby, as this is when the most authentic shots happen. This is your moment to tell your Newborn home story.
As a mother myself, I know how important it is for your baby to feel happy, relaxed and safe. I’ll work with you to schedule a time when your baby is well-rested and content, typically after a feeding. That way, we can ensure a more relaxed session. However, feeding, crying or nappy changes are all completely normal moments and breaks may be required. There is no need to worry, we will always follow what is most comfortable for you.
Hello! I’m Rhiannon Emma, nostalgically named after the 1975 song by Fleetwood Mac.
I love to capture beautiful light, candid moments and family connection.
I started my early career in an East London design studio, which nurtured my love for minimal aesthetics and an appreciation for the finer details. I am also a trained Art & Photography teacher and have always enjoyed collaborating creatively with children.
During my own journey into motherhood, I decided to pursue my passion for photographing expectant mothers, newborn babies and families, and I've never looked back.
It would be an honour to capture your Newborn home story through my lens.
